Our service functions solely as an intermediary tool that facilitates access to content that users already have permission to access through their Terabox accounts.

No Content Hosting
TerabxDownloader.com is a Free Terabox Downloader which:
- Does not host, store, or maintain any videos, images, or files on our servers
- Does not upload or share any copyrighted or pirated material
- Does not create, copy, or distribute content of any kind
- Does not have access to private or restricted Terabox content
- Does not circumvent any technical protection measures implemented by Terabox
Our service merely provides a technical interface to facilitate downloads of content that is already publicly accessible through the official Terabox CDN. All content is fetched directly from Terabox’s servers using the user’s own Terabox links.

Requirements for DMCA Takedown Notices

Providing URLs in the body of an email is the best way to help us locate content quickly.
- Contact information for the complaining party, including address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
- Statement of good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Response and Action Timeline
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of your complaint promptly
- Review the complaint to confirm it meets all DMCA requirements
- Take appropriate action to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, typically within 24-48 business hours of receiving a valid notice
- Make a good faith attempt to notify the affected user of the removal or disabling of access to their content

Please note that incomplete notices may not be processed. The DMCA allows us to restore or replace removed content if the party filing the original DMCA notice does not file a court action against the user.
Misrepresentations
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages incurred as a result of such misrepresentation, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
